Item Buffer Feature
The Quick Teller allows you to store up to 3700 entry items in 24 separate registers, with individual settings and printouts for each.
Account Number
Capacity of up to 16 digits allows entry of large account numbers such as Mastercard or Visa in one entry.
Account number Hold also allows recall of account number in any sequence with no restrictions.
IRS Cash Transaction
Allows for setting a high or low amount for IRS Cash Transaction. Report lists suspects (low) and qualifying (high) transactions. Up to eight supervisors or PIN numbers are available.
42 Digit Printer
More legible and easier to read, with punctuation in both date and time read-outs. Also allows up to three character identification for different departments.
Time & Activity Reports
Up to 12 time periods that give transaction time, total number of transactions, average transaction time, total transaction.
Cash-In Denomination
Department keys become denomination keys for both Cash-in & Cash-out transactions, eleminating the need for using an adding machine. Gives complete audit trail of Cash transactions as well as giving zero proof on Split Deposits. This feature can be used for currency, coins & incoming checks.
Automatic Add-On, Discount
Ability for setting up to 23 different amounts, either percentage or flat rate, for charges on check cashing or official checks. Fee collected is captured and accumulated for print-out at end of day balancing.
